Abstract

Mood, as a common psychological activity, has a significant regulatory effect on memory formation. However, the fact that mood coexists with memory is rarely taken into account in memristive neural networks. In this paper, a memristive circuit that combines mood and memory is designed to implement of mood-dependent memory. The circuit mainly comprises three types of modules: the memory module, the mood module, and the mood-dependent module. It demonstrates and verifies mood-dependent memory by combining the memory module with the mood model, and realizes the regulation of mood on the rate of memory formation by the mood-dependent module. This paper also discusses and implements a non-linear learning curve on the basis of mood-dependent memory. The effectiveness of the proposed circuit is demonstrated by simulation results in Pspice. The memristive circuit design of mood-dependent memory with a learning curve can provide more references for the application of memristors.
