Abstract
This production focuses on delimiting the scope of a series of social, political and legal impressions, perceived over the last five years in Brazil. Justifies the realization of this work, the need to remain inseparable from the author's academic activity, the contemporary biases of intra and extrauniversity phenomena, with elements capable of guiding teaching, research, extension and academic management. As an immediate result of this construct, there is, in this writing, a comprehensive chronological and factual synthesis, bringing together the main political, legal and cultural events that allowed us to arrive at the present national civilizing contexto (2017-2023). The main bibliographic contribution that guides this approach focuses on the masterpiece of the controversial Olavo de Carvalho, entitled O Jardim das Aflições (1995). The core of the objectives proposed in this brief report consists of the desire to contribute to today's society, bequeathing it a practical application of historical elements, already considered or not by the critical mass, so that they serve, in some way , to mark out other studies of the same motto. It is with this in mind that this work was presented as an Abstract (see text in the Appendix) at the Research and Extension Seminar of the State University of Minas Gerais in November 2023, and also submitted to the Literary Station Magazine, UEL (State University of Londrina), in an expanded version.
