Abstract

The use of You Tube media in online learning is expected that students will be interested and understand the material being taught to describe the use of You Tube in the online learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMPN 17 Padang. The implementation method in this service activity uses the transfer of knowledge to the teachers at SMPN 17 Padang. The purpose of implementing this program is to educate teachers at SMPN 17 Padang to be more abreast of advances in information technology, especially You Tube and provide strategies for teachers in using technology in the teaching and learning process so that they use Youtube we ll. Community Service Activities have been held for two days on June 4 -5 2021, receiving a good response from the training participants, namely the teachers. It was known in the discussion session that SMPN 17 teachers already understood the creation and optimization of You Tube channels.
