Abstract
In the USA, a grant from the Department of Energy is helping Membrion Inc to fund a project that will enable it to develop a monitoring system for use in the mass-production of high-quality membranes. It has also formed a strategic partnership with a company based in Texas to create next-generation technology for high-recovery desalination of groundwater and waste brines.
