Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the level of application of legal eco-efficiency measures to care for the environment in a Judicial District of Peru, during the period from 2018 to 2021. For this, a quantitative approach was applied, of type applied, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. It had a study sample of 299 judicial workers, chosen through the application of simple random probabilistic sampling, applying a questionnaire on a Likert scale to obtain the results. It was concluded that there is a very significant correlation between the study variables; likewise, it was determined that, in terms of caring for the environment, none of the judicial workers surveyed (0.00%) considers that the correct use of resources such as white paper (bond), electricity and drinking water is always fulfilled, which shows the deficiency in the application of the eco-efficiency regulations.
