Abstract

The study aims to investigate effect of work engagement, pro-social motivation, social media, social networking and organization culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has used partial least square structural equation modeling to examine the construct hypotheses. The finding suggests the significant positive direct relationship between pro-social motivation, work engagement, social media, social networking and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, work engagement positively mediated the relationship between pro-soical motivation, social media, social networking and organizational citizenship behavior. Besides, this research also found the significant moderation of organization culture between pro-social motivation, social media, social networking and work engagement. Discussion limitation and suggestion for future research are also provided.
