Abstract
It is worthwhile challenges to deal with the key escrow problem and key revocation in identity-based signatures. We first introduce the notion of security-mediated certificateless signature scheme and proves the scheme in the standard model. The mediated certificateless public key cryptography not only provides a fast revocation with fine granularity but also overcomes the key escrow property which exists in ID-based signature. The scheme is provably secure without random oracles.
