Abstract
患者女,22岁.因胸骨后疼痛于2004年7月在外院检查.CT示前纵隔肿物,诊断为胸腺瘤,未行外科手术和病理检查,给予上纵隔放疗,放疗后复查CT肿物明显缩小.于2005年3月来我院外科行氩氦刀治疗,治疗前开胸取活检,但因组织较小,病理未能明确诊断。
