AbstractThe front cover artwork for issue 1/2018 is provided by the Laboratory of Inorganic Materials Chemistry at Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands. The image refers to the complex mechanism underlying the dissociation of CO on a cobalt nanoparticle, a reaction pivotal to Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.
