Abstract
A 67-year-old man diagnosed with non-ischaemic cardiomyopathy previously underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation for papillary muscle ventricular tachycardia and typical atrial flutter 4 years ago. Incessant atrial flutter was observed after recent mitral and tricuspid valvuloplasty for severe regurgitation (Figure 1).
