Abstract

With the continuous development of high throughput transcriptome analysis and further research of epigenetics, more and more studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) have involved in the osteogenesis and adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), which have also become a hot spot in the field of orthopedic research. This review summarizes the research progress in the role and mechanism of lncRNA in regulating osteogenesis and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs. Key words: Long non-coding RNA; Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells; Osteogenic differentiation; Adipogenic differentiation
