Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of sanchinoside combined with intravenous thrombolysis in treating acute cerebral infarction according to its mechanism action. Methods To divided 84 cases of acute cerebral infarction into two groups randomly, adopting sanchinoside combined with urokinase venous thrombolysis treatment experimental group, while adopting ordinary urokinase venous thrombolysis as control group. After 2 courses of treatment, compared the efficacy of the two groups, and compared the degree of nerve injury. Results The effective rate of experimental group was 88.1%,and 76.2% in control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of mild nerve injury in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, while the incidence of sever nerve injury in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group, all P <0.05.Conclusions Sanchinoside combined with intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction has obvious effect, and sanchinoside has the significant function of improving ischemia-reperfusion in acute cerebral infarction.
