Abstract
The purpose of present work is to design a standard procedure for generating the energy using suspension system. In power generation system, energy harvesting software is used to find the power output for calculating the future assumption of enormous power. The heterogeneous power is produced using suspension system through rack and pinion, doubly fed generator and embedded system and also level of power again transferred cyclically from the movement of the vehicle. Due to rack and pinion arrangement, rotary motion of the pinion is used to rotate the generator. From the results, rack and pinion movement is slightly increased for producing the maximum value of energy based on the energy harvesting automation software. This work confirms the suspension system as a regenerative energy system in vehicle, and also the stored energy could be used in many industrial applications and home appliances.
