Abstract
It is well known that in modern highly developed countries most people, i.e. about 50% die of some kind of disturbance of the arterial circulation (Fig. 1). In 25% the cause of death is cancer and all other possible illnesses cause the death of the remaining part of the population. Until now the methods used for investigation in the clinic and also for the control of therapy are not very accurate, because most of them are based on subjective findings. The main aim of these investigations was therefore to find objective parameters for diagnostic orientation and for controlling the effect of our surgical or pharmacological therapy.KeywordsSpontaneous BreathingTotal OcclusionObjective ParameterArterial CirculationLocal OxygenThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
