Abstract
We have measured the circular photogalvanic effect in a high-mobility (3 1 1)-grown two-dimensional (2D) hole gas in magnetic field for the first time. We find that the broad spectral dependence of the photoinduced voltage at zero magnetic field splits in magnetic field into a series of peaks and troughs centred around zero volts. We associate these maxima and minima with spin-split Landau levels and from their energy splittings we determine the 2D hole gas Landé g-factor.
