Abstract
A multi-source 4 πβ-counter was constructed in order to measure simultaneously up to five sources to improve the certainty of solution weighing. It showed sufficiently good characteristics. In the 4 πβ− γ coincidence method using this counter, many data points concerning the coincidence efficiency function can be obtained from the measurements of several sources in combinations. Examples are shown and discussions of the combination method of sources are presented.
