Abstract
The solubility of 6-chloro-3-aminopyridazine in water and (water+ethanol) binary system was measured from 293.55K to 342.95K using a synthetic method. The fusion point temperature and enthalpy of fusion were determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The experimental solubility data were regressed by modified Apelblat, λh and polynomial empirical equations. Apelblat and empirical polynomial equations are in good agreement with all experimental data with the root-mean-square deviation being less than 1.69%. In addition, the activity coefficients and molar enthalpy of dissolution 6-chloro-3-aminopyridazine were obtained.
