Abstract

This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of power delay profile (PDP), root mean square (RMS) delay spread and amplitude distribution of signal data obtained at the 5.9 GHz measurement in low speed urban scenario in Wuhan, China. The analysis of PDP and average power delay profile (APDP) was conducted to determine the general condition of the reflectors. The method of locating reflector by PDP is proposed. The variation of RMS delay spread in this scenario is analyzed. The more matched amplitude model is selected by using Akaike's Information Criterion (AIC), and the distribution proportion of the same environment in different periods is compared. The K-factor in Rician distribution is also analyzed. Our work is conducive to the construction of 5.9 GHz channel model to promote the development of car networking.
