Abstract
The mean neutron energy and energy spread of neutrons from the T(d,n) 4He reaction have been calculated for deuteron beams of energy from 50 keV to 1 MeV incident on a thick tritiated titanium target. This has been done over the angular range from 0° to 180° and the results are presented graphically as a function of deuteron energy and neutron emission angle and are also tabulated.
