Abstract

The article deals with the issues of mathematical modeling of the conveyor movement that operates as part of a waste crushing line intended for the cable and wire products. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the conveyor, having an unstable nature of the load of the moving conveyer belt, are analyzed. It is determined that the reduction of dynamic loads during the start-up of the electromechanical conveyor system is very relevant. The solution to this issue is possible by controlling the speed parameters of the belt movement and changing dynamic loads with uneven flow of the fragmented mass of the cable. Mathematical modeling of the electromechanical system of the conveyor belt allows us to take into account the uneven flow of the cable waste and the presence of large, unstable dynamic impacts. The modeling also considers processes within the conveyor belt with unstable loads, which makes it possible to take into account the elastic-viscous properties of the system when transferring cable waste along the conveyor, as well as the speed parameters optimal for the operation of the crushing line.
