Abstract

The article presents an in-depth analysis of the theories of soil digging. It has been shown that the developed theory of soil digging is closely intertwined with experimental data. This makes it possible to calculate all the forces acting on the working body by a divisible sheet, including those that take into account the forces arising vertically from a moving sheet, which are determined by the refraction and the angle of the sheet cut. In order to characterize the process of processing solid waste with a bulldozer blade mathematically, it is necessary to take into account the effect of the cutting speed of the soil on the resistance to digging.
