Abstract

Maternity Benefit Act,1961 safeguards employment and provides other benefits during the pregnancy. Numerous obstacles must be overcome in order to implement the Social Security Code. This chapter discusses the modifications made to the Maternity Benefit Act as well as its analytical perspective.
