Abstract

Introduction and aims of the study: Hemodynamic measurement seems to play an important role in the understanding, prediction and management of a growing range of pregnancy complications. Nowadays a number of non-invasive cardiac output monitors are available on the market. In this study we use ultrasound cardiac output monitor 1A (USCOM-1A). The main aim of this study was to determine intraobserver and interobserver variability of hemodynamic measurement in our cohort of patient in the first trimester of pregnancy using USCOM-1A.
