Abstract
In this article, I presente reports of three black men living in the city of Rio de Janeiro and Baixada Fluminense about their experiences of gender and race in scool daily life. We sought to know what was the meaning of the scool reinforces the construction of masculinities and racism by challenging the socol tracjetory of black kids and black Young people. We consider that white bodies are markers fo privilegie and desirable in school, reinforcing inequalities and legitmizing lower expectations for black kids.

Summary
Os três interlocutores que aqui dialogam desviaram-se das estatísticas ao tornarem-se exitosos rompendo com a profecia auto realizadora do fracasso, todavia, continuam sendo alvo do sistema e da violência que rodeiam seus corpos. Ao fazer a memória dessas personalidades notáveis na história de luta e resistência negra, os nossos interlocutores com perfis bastante distintos e histórias que ora se encontram, ora se distanciam, enfatizam suas trajetórias de homens negros. Tem 25 anos e a pele negra menos pigmentada dentre os outros interlocutores que aqui falarão. Desde muito cedo assumiu uma postura combativa e crítica se destacando na escola por sua representatividade e boas notas. Cabelos com longas tranças de dreads, fala pausadamente. Morador da Zona Norte do Rio. Nasceu em uma família com muitos exemplos de altos níveis de escolaridade. O início da nossa conversa fez uma aproximação exigindo um esforço para que os entrevistados revisitassem seu passado escolar traçando um marco do ensino fundamental e médio. Essa escolha teve como objetivo os escassos trabalhos sobre meninos/adolescentes negros exitosos no decorrer da educação básica
