Manuscrisul Și dacă... de la Biblioteca Astra. Aspecte formale, de circulație și de filiație

Abstract

In the foregoing article, we analysed the manuscript of a poem written by Mihai Eminescu (1850–1889), And if (published in 1883), which belonged to editor Iosif Vulcan. We focused primarily on the formal description of the manuscript, including the page imposition details or those related to autorship. The history of this document also occupies a major part of the present research. Our aims were to establish the connection between two different copies of the same text and to shed light on the significance this manuscript has in terms of valuable resources in Eminescology.
