Abstract

The research focuses on supporting parenting primary education for home students. The following problems were raised: what forms of parenting in children's learning are and how parenting assistance shows itself in children's home learning in practice. The problem is especially significant since the primary form for the age of students is the period when parental assistance is of the greatest standard and provides the circumstances for full personal growth: academic skills, future prospects for children, mental health and the creation of social ties. Through the use of the detailed interview technique for data collecting, the circumstances are established for understanding the kinds of parental participation in the learning manifestation of children while providing home assistance. The content analysis approach showed the following forms of parental participation in the education of children: control and supporting autonomy. The following parent's efforts / acts express the above roles: cooperation, motivation, interference with regulations, parenting instructions, preaching, constant observance.
