Kelima, prosedur umum dalam rangka penyelesaian konflik ada delapan cara seperti :Lumping it, Avoidance or exit, Coersion, Negotiation, Conciliation, Mediaton, Arbitration, dan Adjudication. Ataupun juga bisa dengan cara melakukan Komunikasi efektif, win-win solution,mediasi, negosiasi, konsultasi dengan pihak ketiga, arbitrasi ataupun penyelesaia konflik dengan cara hukum.
