Managing Cohesivity and Building Effective Team in PCIM Muhammadiyah Islamabad Pakistan

An organization is a forum for achieving the same goals, the organization has clear goals, vision, and mission, the organization plays an important role in a society, because the organization can help invite people to be more active in their environment and life, the organization can be a supporter of the ongoing socialization process in a societal environment. PCIM Pakistan is an extension of PP Muhammadiyah in spreading the da'wah of amar makruf nahi munkar in order to realize the ideals of internationalizing da'wah in Ali Jinnah's land. This effort is carried out by producing the best Muhammadiyah cadres who are forward-thinking and keep up with the times without leaving their identity as Muslim women guided by the Al-Qur’an and as-Sunnah. PCIM has around 263 members. The problems faced by PCIM Pakistan in organizational communication include: (1) low cooperation among members of the organization and (2) lack of communication between team members, both leaders and group members and vice versa. communication in teamwork can also increase the chances of achieving success or the chances of achieving the goals to be achieved. (3) Leadership issues: quality and self-skills to communicate effectively, and create a positive teamwork environment. The developer of the progress of an educational institution or organization is team work, leaders must pay attention to team work, team work is needed to solve various kinds of problems, as well as to achieve better goals. The work team is a combination of two or more people who work to achieve one goal. Therefore, leaders must strive to build and develop good and solid teamwork. Teamwork will have various effects on its members emotionally, there is a good reciprocity of feelings and attachment among members if the team has solid members, and can have the opposite, which will provide various new problems emotionally between individual members, there is jealousy, there is incompatibility that occurs resulting in the objectives to be achieved cannot be implemented properly.
