Abstract

This article presents the management and management of conflict situations, which constitute some of the hardest tests of ability and professional ethics, given that a conflict situation has implications both on the com- munication channels and on the environment in which the participants evolve. The issue of educational manage- ment has a special significance in the context of modern society, made up of a set of organizations that regulate or facilitate almost all aspects of human existence. In this context, the idea is increasingly accepted that the school must be analyzed as a complex type of organization, a system with a set of its own objectives, with a certain distribution of power and authority, with specific functions and responsibilities, made up of necessary integrated parts which enable it to function in an attempt to achieve its objectives.
