The paper "Process Strategies For Turnaround Change Agents: Crisis and Non-Crisis Situations" describes the process strategies that turnaround change agents can use in facilitating change readiness, adoption and institutionalization in crisis and non-crisis situations. The paper "Managerial Decision Styles: An Analysis of a Management Consulting Effort" examines the decision styles of 48 senior manners and the extent to which those styles reflected more participative behavior as a result of a management consulting effort. Results from the Driver Decision Style Exercise and Driver-Streufert Complexity Index showed significant change in decision styles over a one year time frame. The paper "Managing Across Borders: The Role of Human Resource Management and Training in Managing Harmonization and Cultural Diversity," by Joel W. Cook examines the context of the borderless world, the competitive advantages of effectively managing cross-cultural human resources and the principles in the example of KPMG International Management Consulting.
