Abstract

In the article the problematic aspects of being of optimal management or management are investigated in general. The task of being of optimal management or management in general it follows to consider such that causes no problems if on character of functioning of the system no limitations are imposed. In general case there are two types of limits on the choice of management method. Limitations of the first kind are natural laws in accordance with that there is functioning of the guided system. The graphic model of internal and external environment of the productive system (for example building organization) and their cooperation in a general view are presented in the article. The crosscoupling of elements of the system and aim, that stands before organization the Decision role belongs to the personnel that accepts and carries out a decision in relation to overcoming of arising up before organization problems, is shown also. Management activity of any organization, and even more so a construction one, is carried out with the help of oral and written orders both, orders, prescriptions, protocols, plans, schedules, etc. All this is materialized management work. Analyzing documents creates an idea about the organization, its effectiveness, stages and products or results of activity. Information about the practice of organization management is necessary for analysis, decision-making and improvement. Without regard to advantages of computer systems in a fast acting and work with the large arrays of information, the man gifted by an intellect and intuition better gets along at work in the conditions of vagueness, the anymore by means of machinesAtthe sametime, it is important to take into account socionic factors in the formation of effective organizational structures.
