Abstract

(Abstracted from Gynecol Oncol 2017;146:427–435) Treatment of gynecologic cancers usually involves surgery, systemic chemotherapy, and/or radiation therapy, which often result in loss of ovarian function. Many of these women will be cured or become long-term cancer survivors and will become postmenopausal.
