Abstract
This article is about the research project SENEKA and describes which instruments the project coordinators use to try to create the general framework for the transfer of knowledge within the SENEKA network, and what has been experienced so far using these instruments. The use of these instruments and the experiences with them are based on the three phases of network development, the initiation phase, the stabilisation phase, and the consolidation phase.
