Abstract
Congenital missing of one or both of the maxillary incisors is the second most common form of tooth agenesis. There anr many treatment altermatives for this malocclusion. This article described a case with missing upper lateral incisors and retained primary canine. The approach was a method used for space closure and for solution of her problem. In addition, we discussed the principles of occlusal guidance, discrepancy of tooth morphology, anchorage control, maxillary canine contouring and clinical attention in the treatment of malocclusion.
