Russian Abstract: В диссертации рассмотрены следующие вопросы: - правовой режим общего имущества многоквартирных домов в России - порядок определения состава общего имущества и границ между общим имуществом и самостоятельными жилыми и нежилыми помещениями - способы управления многоквартирным домом, допустимые российским правом - правовой статус товариществ собственников жилья и управляющих организаций - кто и в каких пределах уполномочен распоряжаться элементами общего имущества English Abstract: Thesis covers the following issues: - legal regime of common use areas in multi-apartment houses in Russia - delimitation of individual apartments (non-residential premises) and common property - ways of management of common use areas allowed by Russian law - legal status of home owners associations (товарищества собственников жилья) and management companies - who and to which extent is empowered to dispose elements of common property.
