MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES OF EMPLOYEES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTS UNDER MARTIAL LAW: INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL PREREQUISITES FOR DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

. The article is devoted to individual psychological prerequisites (personality qualities) for the development of management competencies of employees of internal affairs departments, necessary in special conditions of martial law. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the author determines the content of these managerial competencies, studies their types and determines the list of individual psychological qualities necessary to manage the personnel of the internal affairs bodies under martial law.
