Abstract

Purpose Huge Mucinous Cystadenoma in association with pregnancy is quite rare nowadays, since most cases are diagnosed early and incidentally during pregnancy because of the routine use of ultrasound. We are reporting one such case probably the biggest ovarian tumour in association with pregnancy as far as the Indian medical literature is concerned.
