Malignant melanoma arising in a sebaceous naevus leading to the discovery of a pathogenic germline MUTYH mutation: a case report.

We report here the fourth case (to our knowledge) of malignant melanoma arising on a sebaceous nevus, in a context of parotid gland adenocarcinoma under treatment. The originality of this case is that genomic analysis revealed a germline bi-allelic MUTYH mutation despite no history of personal nor familial MUTYH spectrum cancer. Moreover, this condition is seldom associated with melanoma.
