Abstract
患者男,73岁.以乏力、食欲不振2周,加重伴发热、尿黄1周于2007年1月30日人院.人院前2周无明显诱因出现乏力、食欲下降,未予诊治.1周前上述症状加重,尿黄如浓茶样,伴发热,自测体温37.8℃,夜间盗汗明显,于当地医院就诊,口服中药汤剂后盗汗症状好转,但发热黄疸及乏力加重,并出现下腹部轻度疼痛,近1个月体重下降5 kg。
