Abstract

New methods are needed to be developed to improve the accuracy of equipment, due to the fact that requirements for the accuracy of products with complex configurations manufactured on CNC machines have increased and it is necessary to reduce metal consumption in their production. One of the ways is to purposefully influence the process of equipment development: designing a rational layout of the machine, choosing modern materials, precise manufacturing of components. The method is effective, but it is associated with high economic costs. Currently, mathematical and statistical methods of quality management at an industrial enterprise are becoming increasingly widespread. The possibility of forming a conclusion about the total set of manufactured products based on several observed in the sample is important for the continuation of the production process and compliance with the specified quality criteria. Statistical regulation of this characteristic is the current control over production and the prevention of defects by timely intervention in the technological process.
