Abstract

The paper proposes a conceptual approach to change management in industrial enterprises based on the organizational mechanism of change management system in industrial enterprises based on a set of organizational components (goals and objectives, functions and technologies, methods, rules and regulations, organizational and management processes), have organizational regulation, change management in the interests of the enterprise, the effective operation of the management system. We propose the creation of a center for change management system in the production of industrial enterprises in order to improve the quality of products and organizational support of the production process during the introduction of new technological processes. Thus, the center of change management system in industrial enterprises is a separate set of design department, technological department, equipment and tools department, technological documentation group and technological production group, whose activities are focused on effective implementation of qualitative changes to improve the quality of enterprise development within the product life cycle. To detail the transformation of the existing organizational structure into an improved one, which includes a coordination center for ensuring the management system of changes in production at industrial enterprises, the following steps should be performed: to analyze the organizational structure at the enterprise; to study job descriptions, responsibilities, positions of the personnel involved in change management at the enterprise; based on the existing job descriptions, to allocate new functions of the personnel concerning maintenance of a system of change management in commercial department, financial and personnel management department, etc.; regulation of the interaction between departments and divisions in the framework of providing a change management system; determining the costs of implementing an organizational mechanism to ensure a change management system at an industrial enterprise,That is, the proposed conceptual approach to change management in industrial enterprises based on the organizational mechanism of change management system in industrial enterprises, which is a set of organizational components (goals and objectives, functions and technologies, methods, norms and rules, organizational and management processes) organizational regulation, ensure the realization of the interests of the enterprise through certain changes and increase the efficiency of the management system.
