Abstract
Abstract : The purpose of this effort is to develop the Maintenance Performance System-Organizational (MPS-O) which is an integrated system for measuring maintenance performance, diagnosing performance problems, taking corrective actions, and providing training. This report is the User's Manual for the operation of the MPS-O maintenance management information system (MMIS). The User's Reference Manual describes the MMIS reports, provides guidance on analysis and interpretation of the reports, and describes procedures for the operation of the MMIS.
