Abstract
Magnetic and transport properties of the composite film of magnetic semiconductor EuTe and Ni were investigated in high magnetic fields. A large magnetoresistance of Ni film on epitaxial EuTe film is observed at low temperature where EuTe is antiferromagnetically ordered. This result indicates that the magnetic state of the epitaxial EuTe film strongly affects the transport properties of the Ni film on EuTe.
