Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this work was to study the possibilities for revealing and prognosis of electrophysiological changes into pathological myocardium. Patients with myocardial infarction (MI) were observed by non-invasive method of magnetocardiographic (MCG) mapping. MCG mapping was performed for 285 examined patients divided into 3 groups: 95 persons — healthy, 81 patients — coronary artery disease (CAD), 109 patients affected with myocardium infarction (MI). 14 numeric MCG indexes, which reflect the changing of electrophysiological processes into myocardial, have been tested. Among them, 5 indexes have accuracy more than 80% in recognition of CAD and 2 reliable for MI indexes have been found.
