Abstract
Introduction: Vertical deviations in SO palsy greatly exceed those explained by loss of SO vertical action alone. We used MRI to seek evidence for causative secondary changes in extraocular muscle (EOM) volume, cross-sectional area, and contractility in SO palsy.
