Abstract

We present measurements of the magnetic susceptibility, high-field magnetization and electrical resistivity of an intermetallic compound TmInCu 4 which forms the cubic C15b-type crystal structure. Measurements of Cu nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) including the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation time are also presented. The results suggests that TmInCu 4 is classified as a singlet ground state system.
