Abstract
Chemada Fine Chemicals Company Ltd, based in Israel, specialises in the development and production of organic intermediates based on bromine-containing compounds. Dealing with a potentially dangerous and volatile chemical such as Bromine has caused the company no end of problems in the past with safety, reliability and life cycle costs all becoming major issues. Since Chemada installed the first of 15 MNK-B Series pumps from ITT Richter back in 1991, however, their problems have been solved.
