Abstract
The results of the BiFeO3 nanoparticles, magnetic, dielectric and local electromechanical responses investigation, obtained by hydroxocarbonate coprecipitation are presented. The weak ferromagnetic response was demonstrated by both vibrating sample magnetometry and magnetic force microscopy. The measurements of the local electromechanical response of the individual nanoparticles demonstrate a presence of the hysteresis loops, which indicate its ferroelectric state.
