Abstract

Russia seeks to occupy its position in the international division of labor, corresponding to its intellectual, industrial and scientific potential, to become a full participant in world economic processes, to use the advantages of international exchange for economic growth and effective reform of the structure of the national economy. This implies the creation of a developed system of international cooperation institutions and the formation of a complex of effective management tools both by the process of integration of the Russian economy into the world economic system in the context of globalization and its consequences, the development of a well-thought-out state strategy in the regional economy. Planning the processes of concentration, managing these processes on a scientific basis and choosing the optimal size of enterprises occupies an important place in the planning system of industrial production.
