Abstract
Abstract This is a case of pseudopneumothorax caused by skin fold artifact in chest X-ray. This is important to diagnose as it can lead to inappropriate intervention or radiation exposure as in this case. Human eye’s ability to perceive margin by contrast difference is Mach band effect.
